Simple Spool Holder - 2040/4040 Extrusion Mount

Here's a simple bare-bones spool holder that will bolt up to any 40-wide (2040, 4040, etc.) extrusion. If you've got one of the bent steel holders that come with many printers (the X5SA for example) this is essentially the same exact thing. The holders with bearings and whatnot make the filament spin too freely in my experience and can lead to it jumping off the spool, so I forwent any sort of bushing or friction reduction. I suggest using PETG for its great layer adhesion but realistically PLA/ABS/whatever should be fine as well.
