A simple way to use a standard 80mm fan to get rid of soldering fumes by either extraction or blowing them away. I don't think any kind of cheap filter will magically dissolve any toxic fumes, so open a window for ventilating the room. Parts needed: 80mm fan 8 screws used for mounting fans. Power source for powering the fan.
