This is my Hypercube Ramps Case, designed to be easy and quick to open and close without any need for screws. The snap-together design allows you to assemble it rapidly and disassemble it just as quickly. All parts are straightforward to print with no support structures required. I made a modification to the 2mm holes in the mounting plate by cutting two threads, which enables me to screw the ramps mounting screws directly into the plastic without any hassle. You can also use longer M3 screws (M3x25) and lock them securely with two M3 nuts for added stability. To ensure proper spacing between the mounting plate and the Arduino board, I used 5mm high plastic spacers. However, you can also print your own spacers from the download files ("stand_off_pcb.stl"). On the right-hand side of my case, I installed a low-cost 7mm push button (normally open) that is soldered to the reset button on my ramps board. If you encounter difficulties with the snap-together parts at first, try applying a small amount of grease to all the plastic noses. This can make a significant difference and help them fit together smoothly. **PARTS YOU MIGHT NEED:** * **Mounting brackets**: 2x M4x8mm Countersunk Screws (mounting brackets), 2x M4 Nuts, 2x T-Slot Nuts, 2x M5 Screws for the T Slot Nuts * **Ramps mounting**: 2x M3x22mm Cylindric head screws (ramps mounting), 2x 5mm plastic spacers for M3, (1x Fan Guard if you prefer safety) * **Additional Case Parts**: Kill Switch | https://de.aliexpress.com/item/5Pcs-Red-Cap-PB05A-7mm-2Pin-1NO-Latching-ON-OFF-Mini-Push-Button-Switch/32755775404.html, 4x(8x) PC Case fan screws, 1x 80mm PC fan (I am using an old artic cooling pc fan with a neat 3 Speed Slide Switch) Feel free to remix my design for your needs.
