Simple Snap CHAMP

This single-print CHAMP Clamp design features no assembly requirements and an ABS prototype that exceeds 200lbf tensile load while using just 2.39 cubic inches of material. Secured tightly to a handrail, the clamp can't be twisted or slid once flaps are secured. For optimal strength, print with .4mm extrusion widths, six perimeters, and solid fill; support is not necessary. A Fablicator printer and KISSlicer software were used for prototypes. The SolidWorks design file allows easy future modifications. In a tensile test, the CHAMP was pulled from a suspended handrail (see YouTube video).
