
Simple Single-Channel Relay box for DC workload

I have created this as a simple tool-less and screwless relay assembly for DC low voltage workload. DC workload because there is no protection from accidentally touching the relay outputs and not any safety in regards to dangerous voltages. So use at your own risk. The design was built in order to be simply printable with FDM printers and featuring sufficient tolerances for most printers (I hope). It should be very easy to print. In case your relay module does not fit exactly you might cut off the mounting pins and clips to make it a loose fit. The design featuring 2 channels (one at the input and one at the output channel) to fit zip ties in order to fix tha cables to the board. It also features a zip tie channel on either end of the box to allow easy tool free assembly. No screws needed. Just use zip ties to tie the case together. Alternatively you can of course glue it.
