The installation process is also fast and straightforward when added to the tank. The device accurately detects fluid levels across the entire range, from full to empty, surpassing radar level sensing but not requiring the highest degree of precision. Manufactured using microtechnologies such as injection molding, stamping, assembly, laser welding, tooling, machining, and insert molding, this product showcases the latest manufacturing advancements in materials and techniques. The fully sealed design between the inside and outside of the tank utilizes either flat gaskets or O-rings to ensure optimal performance. The float's design minimizes hysteresis to provide accurate level readings, even though it might not be as precise as other methods. The stroke length can easily be adjusted from 25mm to 900mm by simply replacing the pivot, ensuring versatility and adaptability. This cost-effective design uses minimal materials while maintaining durability and stability across a wide range of operating temperatures (-40°C to +170°C). The device is easy to install in the tank and can be serviced with ease if needed, featuring a simple replacement process. It operates on either 5V or 14.5V supply voltage, making it suitable for various applications.
