Simple Rotating Drawer Child Lock

To keep kids from getting into trouble, I needed an easy-to-use child lock for a drawer that would work until they get too clever. This simple mechanism attaches with a screw and then pivots around the screw, protected by the pin. A slight ridge on the back of the lock catches the side of the cabinet, preventing it from rotating too far. I used a #6 wood screw to attach this child-safe device.
