If you want to use IKEA's Lack tables as an enclosure, like in this project: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2864118, but you want to stack 2 or even 3 MK3 printers, then you need to do something with spools. A simple and quick solution is to move the printer to the front and right, and place a holder on the upper table. Everything will fit perfectly. There may be some issues with filament when the extruder is at maximum X and Z positions, but I can live with this risk.
