Did a hasty whiteboard brainstorming session with my oldest child and this is the outcome we reached. Printed on HIPS plastic using a .35mm nozzle, 3 layered perimeter (3 x 0.33mm = 1mm), with no infill support material. The base was designed as 3 layers (.22mm) thick but I would suggest increasing that slightly for added durability. Instructions Print with no supports, no brim, and no infill. Select your preferred base thickness and shell layer height accordingly. Add some color with paint to give it a fun personal touch.
