I hope this will be helpful. It's a straightforward respiratory mask valve designed to fit into any type of respiratory or protective mask. By using less breathable fabrics for the main part, you can significantly boost protection. This valve is built for 60mm in diameter, accommodating regular cotton pads or other mediums that provide decent protection, such as coffee filters. The parts snap together easily. To secure the valve to your mask, create a 40mm hole in the fabric, preferably reinforced with fusing material. The bottom part holds everything in place.
