Simple RC buggy body and chassis
thingiverse
A straightforward design for an R/C car body and chassis prints flawlessly without any supports - yes, it's that simple! A precise fit between the chassis and body allows you to securely screw them together using just two self-tapping screws. This design is tailored to accommodate four N20 micro gearmotors (Pololu.com) but can be easily modified in openSCAD files for use with different motors or axles. An on/off switch can be conveniently installed in the chassis, and mounting holes are provided for Pololu or similar brackets (Pololu.com). Printed in PLA using a brim for the body, this design works beautifully even without supports - I know it sounds impossible, but trust me, it's a breeze!
