Simple raspycam holder & ball lock

This is a fusion of two distinct designs: the Simple PiCam mount for Creality Ender 3 Pi Cam Mount, and the Ender 3 RasPi Cam V2 articulated arm with Led stand. I created this hybrid because the original camera holder in the project didn't accommodate my Raspycam v1.3 (its lenses were positioned lower than those of older Raspycams), and I preferred the more straightforward design from the other project. This is my inaugural remix.
