This configuration consists of four gears and frame components that mesh seamlessly and rotate smoothly. You can either obtain the parts by downloading them for self-printing or purchase them directly from this website: http://www.gotime.us/store/c1/Featured_Products.html This comprehensive kit includes all the Gear Frame parts needed to build any Gear Frame or Gear Time projects. Note: the tframe part and the t2frame part are identical. Previous instructions, written before the introduction of the t1frame and the t3frame, utilized a single type of frame component without numerical designations. Later, as new parts were added, a designation number was introduced for the frame components. Instructions Step 1) Print out: four tgears, four taxles, eight tframes, eight tbearings, and eight tcaps. Step 2) Assemble the taxles and tcaps by pressing one cap into the notched end of each taxle. Ensure proper alignment by referencing the provided pictures, confirming that the notches form a secure "T" configuration. Step 3) Attach the tbearings to the taxles by sliding one onto each and then positioning them so they come to rest against the tcap. Step 4) Place two taxles into the holes of each tframe, allowing the tbearings to extend through completely. Position the notched side of the tframe facing away from the tcaps. Step 5) Construct a square configuration by inserting two more tframes between the taxles, positioning them so the four frames meet at right angles and forming a secure lock using their notches. Step 6) Attach the tgears to the taxles, allowing them to rest against the tframes. Ensure that the teeth of the gears interlock securely. Step 7) Install the remaining tbearings onto the taxles, positioning them so they come to rest against the tgear. Step 8) Create a '=' configuration by placing two additional tframes over the tbearings, ensuring their notches face away from the gear and lock in place securely. Step 9) Complete the structure by placing the final pair of tframes on the taxles, mirroring the Step 5 formation to secure the frame's integrity. This ensures the notched side of each tframe is positioned toward its neighbors. Step 10) Securely hold the entire structure together by pressing one tcap into the open notched end of each remaining taxle. Verify that the tcaps fit snugly and that their alignment forms a solid "T" configuration, securing all components in place.
