Simple PTFE Tube Cutter Guide
thingiverse
A simple helper for cutting straight pieces of a PTFE tube when you do maintenance, using a seperate hobby knife. The hole is Ø 4.2mm for a bit of clearance depending on your printing quality, and there is a clear view of the tube from the top, to ensure you're cutting wherever you intend. The slit for the knife blade itself should be more than wide enough (0.4mm width), but if you need to expand the width, simply scale the item in your slicer along the direction of the tube hole. A brim might be necessary as it is a small print. no support should be needed at all, since the overhang of the hole is non-existent. Happy tube-cutting! J3_ out.
