My first go at building something helpful for my Prusa i3 Hephestos. A mount is designed to fit snugly on the top section of the frame, compatible with http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:126778 . To make custom changes, you can also use the included .SCAD file. Note that the "Nut's and Bolts" library must be installed first; it can be found here: https://github.com/JohK/nutsnbolts Printed in PLA with a 0.2mm layer-thickness and 30% infill, this mount is designed to hold Airtripper's extruder in place. To assemble the mount, you'll need the following parts: - 2 M4x12mm screws - 4 M4 washers - 2 M4 nuts Securely attach the extruder to the mounting base (I had to file a few holes for proper fit). Then, connect all components to the top of the frame. You're good to go! Don't forget to replace your default M3 screws with longer ones on the printer for seamless functionality.
