A Simple Tool to Remove Prints from Printer Build Plate I Utilize IRWIN Utility Blades, Which Are .025 Inch Thick (.635mm) The .STL Files Feature a Gap with Tabs to Fit the Notches on the Blade. There Are Three Gap Sizes: .60, .65, & .70mm Gap Versions. If It's Too Loose, Simply Insert a Piece of Paper or Cardstock to Tighten It Up. Two Types Exist: Short (PRT1) and Long (PRT2). I Mainly Use the Short One. I Have Been Using This Tool for Months. I Thought It Was Finally Time to Share. I Also Created Blade Covers, But I Usually Don't Use Them. There Is Also a "Ribbed" Version of All Three Sizes & Two Types. Over Time, the End Pieces Tend to Splay Out, Requiring More and More Paper Inserts to Tighten It Up. Eventually Becoming Unusable. I Added Reinforcing Ribs to Hopefully Slow Down This Process. It Still Prints with No Support. The Model Features .3mm Layers, 100% Infill, and No Support. BRIM May Be Needed (or Maybe Not). Designed in Tinkercad Updated 9-1-2019: Added .60mm Gap Versions. Added Ribbed Versions. Stronger and Longer Lasting (I Hope) 1-16-2020: After 4 ½ Months of Daily Use, the New Ribbed Version Is Still Good as New. No Paper Shims Needed.
