There are numerous part cooler designs available, but most I've encountered have significant flaws. For instance: 1. Some brilliant and effective designs require complex cooling systems and supports to print. 2. Others are simple to print, but their effectiveness in cooling the part from all directions is compromised, often destabilizing the hotend PIDs by blowing air into the nozzle. To address these shortcomings, I developed a design that is both simple and highly effective. This part cooling duct was created with ease of printing, assembly, and mounting in mind. It also provides excellent part-cooling while avoiding any potential issues with the hotend (nozzle/heater-block). The part is printed as three separate components.
