Simple plywood box

The overall dimensions come in at 13" x 5" x 5". This project calls for a straightforward plywood box, constructed from 1/2" indoor Baltic birch, which I've designed to be roughly .466" thick. To keep the joints hidden from view, I placed them on the inside of the box. The tight fit between the components meant that Titebond III glue was all that was needed to secure them in place. Once assembled, the box received a light sanding and a protective coating with cutting board oil - a half-hearted attempt at making it more water-resistant.
