Simple pedestal in OpenSCAD

Initially, I designed a pedestal for Alexander the Great using OpenSCAD. The provided model is 40mm in size, but you can easily customize its dimensions by editing numbers in the scad file. To do this, simply open the scad-file using a text editor and make the necessary changes. In my case, I cut a 3mm hole through the middle to glue Alexander onto a short piece of filament. For OpenSCAD tutorials, I recommend checking out makerbot's guide on design tips. Printing the model is straightforward; however, there may be some invisible overhang on the inside. To simplify removal from the print bed, I made a small cutout at the bottom that can be loosened with a screwdriver tip. Upon inspection, I noticed the inner cylinder in the middle was slightly uneven and required sanding. For future designs, it would be ideal to lift the middle cylinder to prevent it from touching the table.
