Users create a simple bathtub raft in OpenSCAD, inspired by Kon-Tiki's innovative design. This raft features directional fins for improved navigation. Users can choose between two methods to connect the "logs": overlap them or use a central horizontal layer that holds them together securely. Future updates may include adding a small cabin and sail. For now, this is a proof of concept, but users find it entertaining enough with their kids. The Customizer allows users to modify various aspects, including the number of logs, their proportions, binding methods, and fin size for optimal performance.
