Simple Pantograph
cults3d
A pantograph is a four-bar linkage based on a parallelogram that scales the movement of a point by a set factor. For simplicity, I've designed the pantograph as non-adjustable but included linkage files for scale factors (SF) of 2, 3, 4, and Pi to cater to different needs. After rigorous testing, I found that the margin of error consistently remained under 1%, ensuring accuracy in scaling movements. Hardware Requirements: * 10 x M3 8mm screws Parts to Print: * 2 x Link_1 * 1 x Link_2 (2 x for SF of 2) * 1 x Link_3 (0 x for SF of 2) * 1 x Base * 1 x Base_Pin * 1 x Base_Pin_Cap * 1 x Pin_1_Base * 2 x Pin_1 * 2 x Pin_2 * 1 x Pin_2_Short * 3 x Pin_1_Cap * 3 x Pin_2_Cap Additional Parts: * 1 x Support * 1 x Pointer_1 (for the joint closest to the base) * 1 x Pointer_2
