Originally created for holding a door on a Prusa i3 enclosure made out of 4mm clear acrylic sheet. The hinge is designed to enable a door or panel to be swung against the surface onto which the fixed part of the hinge is mounted By adjusting the parameters of Hinge Diameter (HngDia) and screw fixing plate thickness it is possible to accommodate different panel thicknesses. Basically: Panel Thickness = Hinge Diameter - Fix Plate thickness The hinge is held together by M3 hex head screws, so either make sure that the tap is a tight fit or superglue the screws into place to stop them unscrewing as the hinge is rotated. STL files of 50mm and 100mm length included as examples. There are hopefully sufficient instructions in the SCAD file to enable easy generation of other sizes. Printing: I would say set layer thickness to be between 0.15 and 0.3mm. Supports are not necessary but there will be some cleaning up around the fixing holes if ABS is used, not so bad with PLA. 15% or 20% infill. Assembly: The holes for the fixed hinge spindle need to be tapped for 3mm, or use 2.5mm stiff wire which should be a snug fit and not need gluing.
