Simple modular x-end for Prusa (lm8uu bearings)

This simple, adaptable x-end is perfect for Prusa v2 or similar machines. Tired of specific parts? Break them down into printable components that can be upgraded or replaced at will! The z-float design is inspired by wobble arrestors and works brilliantly to decouple a Prusa's z-axis. Inspiration comes from Thingiverse with links http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:18384 and http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:15492. Print two modular_x-end.stl components; if flexible, opt for the rigid version instead. Assemble x-ends by screwing together with m3 screws/nuts. Clamp tightly around smooth rods and ensure lm8uu bearings fit snugly – use cable ties if loose. For each x-end, print one z-float suitable for m8 leadscrews (e.g., m8 threaded rod or certain acme leadscrews). Float placement can be above or below the x-end, personal preference. Idler brackets work with 2 608 bearings and m8 washers, while motor bracket designs are forthcoming. Attachments use m3 screws spaced 15mm apart along x, with rows separated by 25mm when joined halves.
