Simple Mobius gimbal for X520 frame

Update 20.02.2015: New version features a distinct vibration damping approach available here: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:691553 Update 12.02.2015: I incorporated an "extended" variation of both arm and Mobius mount designs. When installing a filter lens in front of the mobius, the weight of the filter causes imbalance; this can be rectified by sliding it further left to allow for more adjustments. Update 23.01.2015: The Mobius carrier is updated again with less support and strengthened upper screw slits; I also added a gap for certain larger USB plugs. The camera is now intended to be slid into the holder straight, not angled, with lengthened side supports to secure the camera and reduce breakage risk after repeated insertions. Front springy "nubs" were reduced in height to facilitate smooth sliding motion. Update 22.01.2015: I revised the Mobius carrier to require less support during printing and implemented slightly sturdier clips. Update 17.01.2015: Finally, I got the opportunity to try it out - I let the camera run continuously while performing my rebuilt quadcopter's initial setup. The video can be seen here: http://youtu.be/FjgQQuY5g3Q Here is a very simple gimbal designed specifically for the X520 "Alien" type frame. It works seamlessly with basic, affordable china gimbal motors and utilizes 4x M3 rear mounting holes along with 4x M2 front mounting holes. To optimize camera stability, anti vibration balls measuring 9mm are required. Additionally, I implemented adjustable screw slots to allow for precise balance calibration of the camera system.
