This model can be traced back to Archmodels vol. 23. The available formats include 3ds, DXF, MAX, OBJ, Scanline *.max, V-Ray *.max. Please remember that the Scanline *. max format is without materials while the V-Ray *. max format contains textures and shaders. It supports 7 or higher versions of 3ds Max.
