I wanted my spool holder to sit higher on the Z-Axis rods because of a cable chain installation for the Y-Axis, so I came up with this quick and simple height extender. It provides about 3.4 cm in extra height. This extender works well with most every Z-Axis mounting spool holder. The extension fits very snugly on the holder. 0.2mm layer height, 30% infill, Gun Metal Grey PLA, hot end at 185 C and bed temperature set to 55 C.
