Simple Mario Venus Fly Trap Planter

This rendition of a Super Mario Pipe Planter for Venus Fly Trap is crafted to hold the "Little Pot of Horrors" brand of Venus Fly Trap that can sometimes be found in local U.S. grocery stores. The design objective is simplicity. Since the plant comes pre-planted in a plastic pot, this print is designed to create something to encase the pot and hold water around the plant while incorporating a fun Mario Theme. UPDATE: I didn't fully consider chemical compatibility when printing this part. I used ABS which coincidentally seems to have poisoned my Venus fly trap. Consequently, PLA or PET/PETG are recommended for this project as they are not water soluble and are generally considered food compatible (Note: even though these plastics are compatible, it doesn't mean they're food safe. Do your research on specific filaments before consuming or drinking with printed containers or utensils). Nevertheless, as a result of their food compatibility, they should work well for containing your Venus fly trap.
