I've created some lithophanes using https://lithophanemaker.com/ but their printing stand didn't meet my needs. So I designed a simple stand for lithophanes myself. Just slide the lithophany (3mm thick) into the stand and use a drop of glue to secure it in place. Easy and quick prints without support, layer height 0.2mm are now possible with this setup.
