Simple linking boxes
thingiverse
I required compact containers to store rings, earrings and other jewelry that could be easily printed on an MPMD. Most cases I discovered were overly complex, so I designed these instead. The boxes are open and may be used separately but are intended to be connected together. I chose small retaining clips rather than modifying the box itself. They are meant to be linked and placed within a larger container, but can also be used independently. Each box measures 50mm x 50mm x 20mm with a low divider (approximately 8mm) dividing it into four sections. I printed them at 0.28 and 100% infill, but feel free to use what works best for you. Full clips are needed for inside corners, while half clips suffice for outside edges. Edit: 1. I added a higher version of the box, standing at 10mm, in case anyone required a lower container. 2. I included a stackable box (it fits over the clips) if you prefer to pile sets of boxes. This can be printed instead of the standard box.
