This exercise was initially developed as a method to isolate specific parts of one's physique which need work when performing other strength training routines. We recommend taking breaks every minute as you perform multiple sets. Your end results can lead to improved balance, reduced joint stress due lack muscle around vulnerable joints so consider yourself fully supported!
