This is a straightforward stand for the lamp featured here http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1704081 The vertical shaft is a standard 16mm PVC tube commonly used in electrical installation cables. August 15, 2016: An updated file was added with a deeper recess to accommodate GU4 lamps and an edge to hold other types of LED's. A photo shows the stand holding a Ø26mm 2W LED.
