Simple Launcher for Mega Darts

This is a self-contained launcher that fires Nerf Mega Darts. Made from PLA plastic, it has enough power to function as a spring. However, I'm unsure how it will perform when printed with other materials. It was created for the 3D printing group's Nerf contest on Facebook. Since there are highly skilled competitors in the "serious" categories, I opted to enter the "minimalistic design" category instead. My goal was to design a launcher that could be printed as one single object, requiring no assembly and no complex parts, such as hinges inside the model. To launch a dart, place it on top of the launcher and hold down the bottom with one hand while pulling the top back with the other. Then, release the top to fire the dart. After chasing after the dart as it flies through the air, retrieve it using scratched arms if necessary. Repeat this process as needed.
