Simple Horn
thingiverse
This is a simple horn I made using 123D Design. To achieve maximum sound, I recommend building the top latch with ABS plastic to prevent cracking under pressure. By experimenting with different designs, I successfully generated over 100 decibels of sound using this DIY project. For materials used in crafting the diaphragm, I highly suggest selecting a thin sheet of rubber, such as that found on an inflated balloon or a sheet of flexible plastic material. Following that, simply stretch the rubber tightly over the structure and secure it with the top latch before blowing air through the horn's mouthpiece to create an ear-piercing sound.
