I discovered Zdenek_o's design and really enjoyed it, so I made some adjustments to meet my needs. Specifically, I moved the holder to the outer sides because that was what worked best for me. To make things even easier, I included a downloadable STL file featuring two holders - one of them mirrored - which should allow you to start printing right away without any hassle. During my own print job, I opted for 90% infill just to be extra cautious; however, it's entirely possible to get by with less infill than that.
