simple holder/feet for tektronix TM500 plugs
thingiverse
I use a skinny holder for my Tektronix plug with an AM503 current amp, but any TM500 module should work. The TM500 is available on Barrytech's website at http://www.barrytech.com/tektronix/tektm500/tektm500.html. Since I don't have the Tektronix power supply where this TM500 plugs in, I'm using a homemade PSU and this holder to keep it off the ground. A source for the holder is available on Onshape at https://cad.onshape.com/documents/56f1cf66f891dfde93ce5c97/w/37739074f6fd411f2683b0b5/e/3cbf282d0c7c49a817df08b1. Print Settings: Printer: My custom printer with no name. Rafts: Doesn't matter. Supports: No. Infill: 20%. Notes: I sliced the print with hexagon infill at 20% and stopped it before the top layer was printed, so you can see the visible hexagon pattern. The parts are thin and long, so if you're printing with ABS, make sure your bed adhesion is good and your bed temperature is around 100C or more to prevent warping. You need a properly calibrated printer so that the parts mesh together correctly. To assemble them, simply add one part on top of another and mesh them together (dovetail link). If your printer is calibrated properly, you won't need any post-processing to get them to fit together. However, if it's not calibrated, sand the parts a bit until they mesh properly.
