You can make a simple hinged box by supergluing the lid tabs in place. The attached PDF is a one-to-one scale drawing of the box interior. To get an accurate print, ensure you set your printer to 100% scale. I wanted a small box to store my car key fob when I'm at home and keep my spare fob safe as well. I lined the box with faraday fabric so that my car with keyless entry isn't susceptible to new theft techniques involving keyfob signal boosters.
