Simple Hinge Design

This text demonstrates a printable hinge design that utilizes filament as its pin. To create this hinge, perform these steps: 1) Print the inner and outer parts, 2) cut a 50mm piece of 3mm filament, 3) assemble using the filament as a hinge pin, possibly straightening it first, and 4) consider using individual pins for each hinge or one long pin. Optionally, thermo-weld (using an old soldering iron) the pin ends to prevent them from coming loose.
