Simple hanging spinner, can be used for hanging basket for loose

This design was inspired by nophead's Sky Hook found on Thingiverse, specifically http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:85. After printing it, I encountered difficulties getting the hook into the bearing and required additional support. Consequently, I decided to create my own inline hook that could be used instead of being bolted to the ceiling.
