Easy-Grip Bed Handle for Prusa Mendel I2 =============== Simple yet functional handle designed specifically for the print bed of your Prusa Mendel i2. As part of a recent upgrade, I replaced the worn-out bearing mounts with new ones and decided to switch from plywood to a sheet of 3mm aluminium for the bed base. To give it a secure hold, I attached my heated bed to this new surface using the latest materials. After designing the Easy-Grip Bed Handle in Freecad, I quickly printed it and was delighted to find that it effortlessly slips onto the 3mm thick aluminium with just enough friction not to require any additional fasteners. The file includes both the Freecad source code (FC) as well as the STL model for easy replication or modification. Simply download and start printing! ### Assembly Instructions: 1. Attach the Easy-Grip Bed Handle to your new 3mm aluminium bed base by simply slipping it onto the metal surface. 2. Verify that it's securely attached, ensuring a firm hold throughout the print process. 3. Print your first item using your Prusa Mendel i2 with confidence!
