On 12/29/2011, an updated .stl file was uploaded after deleting a faulty one. This test piece consists of two parts printed along the X and Y axis respectively. The purpose is to verify if both fit together correctly when circles appear oval-shaped. Misaligned X and Y axes will be revealed through this test. Each part should insert snugly into the other's slot. The blocks measure from 25mm to 23.5mm in length, decreasing by -0.50mm. Focus on the block's length and not its width inside the slot. Note that a successful fit may mask actual missteps; thus, it is crucial to calibrate for accurate steps per mm.
