Simple Garden Hook

Simple Garden Hook

thingiverse

My mom requested that the potters lower their work by 8 inches, so I created a simple hook. It is half an inch thick and printed with 30% infill, ran some stress simulations on it and can withstand a load of 40 pounds without breaking. These hooks have held up well to heat, wind, cold, and rain, showing minimal deterioration, so they should last for quite a while. They fit onto the hooks in the previous picture, and the hook I made has a small indentation to secure with. I had to scale down the design to fit on my bed due to a strange Cura glitch, but it fits perfectly within the volume. For reference, I scaled it to 90% and it printed flawlessly! It was printed with 0.28mm layers and took two hours and some change. The filament used was eSun PLA+ Green.
