Simple Funnel

This is a straightforward funnel design. Several similar designs are already available on Thingiverse, but they lacked the durability I needed. Either the funnels were too thin or they didn't have enough fillet in the area where the funnel changes to vertical. To address this issue, I designed my own funnel using SolidWorks (.sldprt file included). My goal was to create a tool that would simplify the process of adding pre-workout and creatine powder to water bottles. This design works well, but it does have one flaw - layer lines can cause some powder to remain on the surface of the funnel. While this isn't a significant problem, it can lead to waste and mess. To resolve this issue, I could sand or chemically smooth the inside surface of the funnel. I calculated that the volume of the funnel is approximately 5 cubic inches at its default scale. When printing, I used high infill to ensure that the funnel wouldn't get damaged in my gym bag.
