Simple FTC H-Bot Chassis

This is a simple First Tech Challenge sized H-bot (H-Drive) chassis that was designed by FTC team 10735. The primary purpose of this drivetrain is to provide a simple way of building an omni-directional drivetrain that any FTC team could easily build using a few omni wheels and Tetrix Motors. The coding for this drivetrain is quite simple, as it is basically the same as tank drive, but with an extra input to control sideways motion. The total weight of this chassis is around 8 pounds, making it an excellent lightweight platform for building a robot.Parts list3 Tetrix Torquenado motors with mounts6 288mm Tetrix C channel10 Tetrix 4" Omni wheels5 Tetrix axles8 (optionally 4) Tetrix 16 tooth sprockets2 Tetrix 24 tooth sprockets10 Tetrix Axle Hubs3 Tetrix motor hubs#25 Roller chain (Our team prefers Vex Chain)Four long M3 screws to go through the Motor and Axle hub sandwich in the middle of the H-drive mechanismIf anyone has any questions about this design, feel free to message or email me at howardbaerospace@gmail.com.
