Simple Flute
thingiverse
Simple flute! Two 3D-printed components, a 20mm outer diameter, 17mm inner diameter PVC tube, and some precise tuning, result in a surprisingly nice-sounding flute. You can scale both parts to use them on larger pipes or for different instruments, allowing you to experiment freely. The mouthpiece required no adjustments whatsoever, functioning perfectly right out of the printer. The sound genuinely surprised me, as I find it even nicer than that from Yamaha plastic recorders; it's remarkably warmer.
