I needed to create some Ear Savers for medical staff and others who wear face masks, using my compact printer that's under 120mm wide. Most designs are too large, so I rejected them and decided to try something different. This model prints quickly on my Monoprice Select Mini. In just under 45 minutes at a 0.4 mm line width, I can produce four Ear Savers. They're strong and the elastic straps stay in place better than other Ear Savers I've seen. Testing with PLA revealed they could withstand over 35 lbs of force before breaking. I included an alternative design with the word "HERO" centered on it.
