Simple Fan Guard

This design for fan guards gets no simpler or less restrictive. It effectively keeps fingers out of the fan, and sometimes that's all you need. I added a built-in spacer to set the guard back from the fan. Often the rotor sits above the level of the frame mounting holes. The arcs are broken into segments rather than smooth curves, and it is thinner than the original design. Other than these changes, it should do essentially the same job as the original. If you want it thicker, just scale it in the Z direction.
