Simple face shield headband
thingiverse
Simple, quick-to-print face shield headband with no need for extra straps. The model comes with added support that rests on the nose to prevent the shield from sliding down. The template for cutting out the shield is available in .pdf and .svg formats. Print it on a standard A4 printer and place it on stiff transparent material. Cut along the lines using a regular knife. My brother recently posted a YouTube tutorial showing how to make this face shield: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6Vy-zzsOJ1M&feature=emb_title He later updated his design with better hole placement, which provides improved protection from the sides. The new files are marked "v2." Thanks, bro! This is not a medical-grade face shield, and you should only print it for personal use at your own risk. 3D printed parts can't be reused or sterilized.
