Simple Face Shield

If you're in the DC metro area, join our Reddit group at https://www.reddit.com/r/DCArea3DPrinting/ to contribute. This is a simple face shield I'm printing for local medical facilities in DC, Maryland, & Virginia. Each shield takes about 1 hour to print and can be stacked with supports between objects. ### EDIT 4/6: I've added Simple Face Shield 2.0 on the DC organizer's recommendation. We're now using this file as of today. I also created a 4-stack file with 0.28mm space between each model, eliminating the need for supports while keeping them easy to separate. Printing the 4stack_SFS2_v1 file took about 3.5 hours. ### EDIT 4/3: I added 4 stack v2 (4stack_SFS_v2.stl). I decreased the height between models by 0.6mm and increased layer height to 0.28, making other edits to reduce overall printing time. Printing at 78mm/s speed, the 4-stack took 4 hours and 17 minutes.
