This extruder/feeder is constructed from 5mm POM material, specifically designed for Nema 17 motors featuring a 31mm hole distance. Equipped with an MK8 drive gear on the 5mm motor shaft, it serves as a direct-drive extruder. The precision cutting process was executed using a CNC milling machine with a 1.6mm mill, resulting in a total cost of less than €10 while providing exceptional performance. Furthermore, version 2 introduces a simple clamping mechanism for a 4mm PTFE tube, enhancing its functionality.
