Simple Ender 3 Pro Y Axis Linear Rail Upgrade Note – This is specifically designed for the Ender 3 PRO only. I searched online for a straightforward way to upgrade my Ender 3 Pro's Y axis to linear rails. With the Y axis mount measuring 40mm in width, it looked like an easy fix and would provide super stable performance. Unfortunately, I couldn't find any suitable solution online, so I decided to try it myself. I designed this upgrade using TinkerCad. Update 20.07.19 - After further testing, I adjusted the bed carriage holes slightly. When tightening everything in place, I found that it was pulling out of alignment and causing the rails to run tight. To fix this issue, I modified the design to ensure smoother rail operation with better performance.
